Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.

If your return is due to change of mind you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return at your own risk. Due to fees incurred we also charge a fee of $5 on returns. 

To be eligible for a return and replacement , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fit-pak.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty goods 

If your item is faulty- we stand by our promise to only stock high quality products. Let us know if an item you received is faulty and we sort if for you! Return the item and let us know what the fault is and we will have a replacement out to you quickly and refund your shipping cost! You must use tracked shipping when returning your faulty item so that we are able to ensure the item gets back to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
